These nesting pads arrive as a four-pack in a box, each mat measuring 13x13 in. The square format fits neatly into standard nest boxes and hutch corners, giving hens a defined spot to settle while keeping the surrounding coop floor clearer of loose bedding.
Made from natural coconut palm fiber, the pads offer a textured, fibrous surface that gives laying hens something to shape and scratch. The material is presented as an organic option for poultry supplies, and the same pads can be used in rabbit hutches as a soft liner beneath the animals.
Because the pads are preformed, they drop into place without stuffing or clumping loose shavings. Each mat can be lifted out for cleaning or replacement, which keeps routine coop maintenance simple. The multi-role design suits both nest boxes for laying eggs and hutch bedding for small animals.
